How reports are verified
Nothing is posted directly from the form. Publication is manual and evidence-led.
Moderation workflow
- Submission received privately.
- Email address verified.
- Invoice or order evidence requested where needed.
- Personal and financial information redacted.
- Timeline checked against messages and documents.
- Opinions separated from documentable facts.
- Draft case page sent to the contributor for factual checking.
- Supplier offered a right of reply.
- Page manually approved.
- Corrections and later resolutions recorded visibly.
The supplier is not allowed to veto a genuine report, but any evidence-based response should be added fairly.
