Terms of submission
These terms apply when you submit a report via the machine problem form. They sit alongside the privacy notice and moderation policy.
Your responsibilities
- You must submit only information that describes your genuine experience and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- You must not upload material you are not entitled to share, or that is primarily intended to harass named individuals.
- Stick to facts, dates, statements and evidence. Do not use the form to make unsupported accusations of fraud, dishonesty or scam activity as proven fact.
- You understand that submission does not guarantee publication.
What the operator may do
- Verify your email address and request further evidence.
- Edit, redact and summarise material before any publication.
- Reject or decline to publish unsupported allegations.
- Offer the seller a right of reply.
- Contact you about verification, factual checking or corrections.
Licence to use submitted material
By submitting a report you grant the site operator a non-exclusive licence to store, review, redact and — only if you tick the separate publication permission — publish an edited version of your account and approved evidence. You retain ownership of your materials subject to that licence.
